Summer markets
Areia means ‘sand’ in Portuguese. As I love being at the beach, in 2019 I started selling beautiful hamam towels along the Dutch coast side. Authentic Turkish hamam towels for a day at the beach or a visit to the sauna. In 2020 I still had left-over stock.
Kitesurfing
In 2020 I started to learn kitesurfing. After a good water session it was a must-have to change clothes with the use of a surf poncho. I have noticed that the existing poncho’s are made from more heavy weight cotton terry fabric.
Reduce and Reuse
After working in fashion for over 12 years, I dreamed of making a new product out of existing material. The idea was born for the poncho’s.
They are made with love in Portugal. As I work with available left-over fabrics, all styles are unique and limited available.
